1. If you are currently taking medication, Holistrol may enhance the effect of your medication which may make your blood pressure too low. Please monitor your blood pressure carefully. If your blood pressure is too low, you may talk with your doctor and lower the dosage of your blood pressure medication. 

2. Holistrol is not a drug medication. It may take 2 to 8 weeks for it to take effect. Please be patient and give it a fair chance. 

3. You may a need larger dosage, such as 2 to 4 capsules 2 to 3 times a day for Holistrol to take effect. If you haven't seen any improvement on your blood pressure after taking Holistrol for 2 to 8 weeks, please try to increase the dosage. 

4. For some people, you may need to take less than the normal dosage: 2 capsules each time, twice a day. If your blood pressure is too low, please consider lowering your dosage of Holistrol.
