No returns will be accepted or refunded without prior approval. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Refunds may be given after the product is returned and inspected, minus any and all original shipping and handling costs.
We will not refund, credit or exchange any products once 30 days have passed from when the order was placed, except for Synergy One which has a 60 day money back guarantee.
Items must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging and receipt to ensure full credit. Opened products are not returnable. Books are not eligible for refund. Restocking fees will apply. Except for Synergy One product, the restocking fee is either $15.00 or 15%, whichever is greater.
